Best Select was created to make property investment in Cyprus simple: the right land, the right partners and the right structure first, and investors invited only when the model was ready.
Our story
Preparation rather than promises
Our founders saw investors left to coordinate developers, architects, lawyers, accountants and tax advisers on their own. They spent years building trusted relationships with each of them, and securing land and development partnerships, before inviting investors in.

Steve Kyprianou
Steve is your first point of contact, from the first conversation to the day you receive your homes. He has been in business since 1992: he co-founded TSI, the UK telecoms and infrastructure company, and LuxLife Property Developer, building homes on the east coast of Cyprus.

Our sister company
LuxLife Property Developer
LuxLife builds homes on the east coast of Cyprus, where every buyer follows their villa through a private website, from the finishes in each room to the position of every socket. Its Turquoise Sea Views villas in Kapparis are all sold, with handover due in April 2027.
How we work with our partners
Clear roles, set out in writing
Best Select sources, structures and manages each opportunity. The developer, Giovani Homes, funds and builds under the land-for-property exchange. Your own lawyer acts for you alone. LuxLife Property Developer is a separate company founded by Steve Kyprianou; any role it plays in a Best Select project is disclosed to you in writing.
